Purpose of the site:
Jeff Coffin is a Grammy Award-winning saxophonist, composer and member of Béla Fleck and the Flecktones. This is the second version of his site that we have been involved with; each iteration has been created to support Jeff's latest studio release.

"Bloom" is the latest album from the Jeff Coffin Mu'tet. Its packaging revolves around vibrant photos of flowers taken by Jeff. We decided early on that we wanted to integrate his images into the layout of the site.

In our initial discovery meetings we all agreed that Jeff needed more hands-on control over his website. He needed to be able to add pages, update his gig calendar, photos and media available without any middle men. We have been doing a lot of work with Mambo which made it it an obvious choice.

Yes, I agree Cory, I especially like how the css also changes to suit the graphic.

Cory: Randomized background and color scheme

One of the main reasons I chose this site is the use of a randomizer to display a different background and color scheme each time you refresh a page or visit a new page. There are 4 different flower background images and color schemes used in this site, yet it maintains a consistent look and feel throughout.

I would like to see this site's XHTML validate, and there are some places where the text is difficult to read (black text on the blue background), but overall, I feel that this is a very well-designed site.
